Technology Changes, Service Never Goes Out of Style

Cyclists would rather spend their free time riding their bikes, not fixing them. Thanks to a new service, Cycles On Call, they'll have more time to spend on the road in the saddle, as bike repair joins the ranks of businesses bringing their service to the consumer.

Instead of working on their bikes or transporting them to and from the bike shop, cyclists can simply call or log on to Cycles On Call and schedule an appointment. Their bike will be picked up from their house on that day, repaired or tuned up, and returned, all within a 24-hour period.

All work, from a basic tune-up to a complete rebuild, will be performed by certified bicycle mechanics and will be documented and logged in an individual client computerized database. This will allow riders to maintain better records of work done on their bikes, as well as to establish a schedule of maintenance that needs to be performed at regular intervals.

Cycles On Call is purely a bike repair service, and by eliminating the overhead of traditional retail bike shops can offer low prices as well as rapid turnaround on orders.
